chased leader until after 3rd, lost place 5th, behind from next, pulled up after 13th

tracked leading trio, went 3rd after 13th, pushed along after next, never threatened to get on terms, still 3rd but well adrift when pulled up after 3 out

led but constantly jumped right, headed 11th, lost touch with winner after 3 out, well beaten when mistake next, remote 2nd

prominent to 18th, tailed off and pulled up 2 out

raced wide, prominent, blundered 3rd, soon recovered, led 7th until ridden and headed 3 out, finished very weakly from next, tailed off

jumped slowly at times, held up, headway 10th, weakened 5 out, took poor 4th last
